Brett van Coller - CHAIRMAN
Brett is an experienced and dynamic leader with over two decades of expertise in the planning, execution, and management of exploration and mining projects across Africa.

In 2006, Brett founded Remote Exploration Services, which has since become the largest independent geological consultancy in Africa, thanks to his entrepreneurial flair and commitment to excellence.
EDUCATION
EXPERIENCE
Brett obtained a BSc Honours in Geology from the University of Cape Town and an executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
Brett has been involved in several initiatives in the minerals exploration industry, including marine diamond mining ventures, the generation of exchange-listed junior exploration projects, and the development of a trademarked uranium exploration technique.

Brett played an integral role in the development of the Mothae Kimberlite project from its conception to economic evaluation. As a charismatic leader, he enjoys leading from the front and holds a Class III Commercial Dive Supervisor certificate.
You can often find him diving with a marine diamond exploration crew or leading an exploration soil sampling team in the jungles or deserts of Africa when he is not participating in outdoor fitness events like the Cape Epic or ironman triathlon.
